Superstar-turned-politician Suresh Gopi evaded reporters at multiple venues on Wednesday amid allegations of massive electoral roll manipulations against him.

The junior minister for tourism, petroleum, and natural gas arrived at the international airport early in the morning and travelled to his Thrissur constituency by train.
Although the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader attended a series of meetings in his constituency, where reporters awaited his reaction, he refused to comment.
In addition to raising “vote theft” concerns with the election authorities, the principal opposition party has lodged a missing person complaint against the star politician.
