RPM to distribute Dhs18m cash dividends

The Board of Directors of Response Plus Holding (RPM), has announced the distribution of Dhs18 million in interim cash dividends to shareholders for the financial period ending on June 30, 2025.
The announcement was ratified during the Board Meeting held on July 30. The decision will enable RPM shareholders to receive Dhs0.09 per share, with the total amount of dividends constituting 9 per cent of the company’s paid-up share capital.
