Pay10, FAB go live with UAE Open Finance plan

PaylO and First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), the UAE’s global bank and one of the world’s largest and safest financial institutions, announce it has gone live on Open Finance for its retail customers in the UAE, marking a key milestone in the UAE’s Open Finance journey under the Central Bank of the UAE’s Open Finance Initiative, AlTareq.
FAB is one of the first banks to launch Open Banking to customers in the UAE and has enabled selected retail current and savings accounts to connect via Open Finance, allowing secure access to Pay by Bank payment initiation and related use cases. As part of this go live phase, PaylO and FAB have successfully completed live transactions on the production environment, confirming end to end connectivity, data flows, and operational readiness.
