New law reflects Ruler's vision for justice: Sultan Bin Ahmed

Sheikh Sultan Bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Judicial Council, expressed his profound gratitude to His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah. He praised His Highness’s unwavering support for advancing the judiciary, which aims to position Sharjah as a model for justice, safety, and sustainability.

Sheikh Sultan Bin Ahmed emphasised that the implementation of the Judicial Authority Law strengthens judicial independence and improves the efficiency and performance of the legal system.

Here affirmed the Judicial Council's dedication to fostering an advanced judicial environment rooted in justice, transparency, and responsiveness to legislative developments. The goal is to ensure swift case resolution and the protection of rights.
Concluding his remarks, Sheikh Sultan Bin Ahmed described the Judicial Authority Law as a historic step toward establishing a modern and transparent legal framework — one that reflects the vision of Sharjah's leadership and meets the needs of its citizens.
Sharjah has officially begun implementing Law No. (7) of 2025 concerning the regulation of judicial authority, following its issuance by His Highness Dr Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.
