Modi begins 3-nation tour, reaches Cyprus

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday released an official statement before embarking for the three-nation tour of Cyprus, Canada and Croatia.

He said this is an opportunity to galvanise global understanding on tackling terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.
Modi reached Cyprus on Sunday, heralding the start of his three-nation tour including Canada and Croatia.
The pictures of his arrival in Cyprus were shared by Modi on his X handle.
Modi was received and given a warm welcome at the airport by the Cyprus President Nikos Christodoulides as well as Finance Minister Constantinos Kombos, reflecting the deep-rooted historic ties between the two nations.
