The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) has initiated the first phase of a groundbreaking project to implement facial recognition technology for processing judicial transactions.

By doing so, it becomes the first judicial authority in the region to embrace this innovative approach as a smarter substitute for digital signatures.
This strategic move is designed to modernize the judicial documentation system and elevate service efficiency, aligning with the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
The first phase centres on facilitating power of attorney transactions for lawyers, utilising advanced technology to achieve rapid approvals through smart devices.
