Dubai Police open new smart police station at Dragon Mart

Major General Khalid Nasser Al Razooqi, Director of the General Department of Artificial Intelligence at Dubai Police, announced the launch of the Smart Police Station (SPS) in the Dragon Mart.
This pioneering model is an inspiration to governments around the world, demonstrating how to prepare for the future of policing, while also consolidating security and safety for present and future generations. It does this by harnessing future technology and data to enhance digital readiness and improve quality of life.
He added that the new station is part of a network of smart ones located across the emirate. This brings the total number of stations offering services without human intervention to 27, enabling community members to complete various Dubai Police transactions digitally in a manner similar to that offered by traditional stations. Digital transactions have achieved an adoption rate of 89.68 compared to other channels.
