The Al Ain Court of First Instance ordered a man to pay Dhs20,000 to another after causing him distress through repeated phone calls and other communication services.

The plaintiff had initially demanded Dhs?00,000 in compensation, citing a previous criminal conviction against the appellee.
In the details, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the suspect, requesting that he be obligated to pay him Dhs5,000 as compensation for the material and moral damage he incurred, in addition to legal fees and expenses.
The plaintiff stated that the appellee had harassed him through phone calls, and he had been previously convicted in a criminal case.
