Company told to pay compensation to employee

Abu Dhabi Labour Court of First Instance obligated a company to pay Dhs129,200 as compensation to an employee who worked for it as a mechanic for more than 22 years, but it failed to pay his wages, end-of-service bonus and vacation allowance.
Earlier, an employee filed a lawsuit against the company he worked for after he submitted a complaint to the Labour Department at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization.
