EVERYTHING IS EASILY ACCESSIBLE, THERE ARE LOTS OF GREEN SPACES AND RENT IS AFFORDABLE

Why Dubai residents love living in JVC

As you turn into Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), you begin to notice clusters of apartments separated by neatly trimmed bushes. As the sun sets, residents take their dogs for walks along paved pavements. Shops line the street, including a popular biryani outlet.

It's easy to see why most residents feel comfortable here. Everything is easily accessible and the rent is affordable.

Green spaces are one of JVC’s biggest draws. There’s always a park nearby. Many buildings even have private play areas or mini courts.

Sindhu V Kashyap, senior content strategist at Lynchpin Media, pays Dh6,500 a month for a spacious fully furnished 1BHK, including utilities.

“I chose JVC because of the parks and rent. For the rent I pay for a one-bedroom here, I'd get a shoebox elsewhere. The parks and recreation around here are great,” she says.
