TOP DEVELOPERS PRESENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR SAVVY BUYERS AND NRIS
Dubai is all set to become the epicentre of cross-border real estate investment as the UAE-India Property Show launches its debut edition on May 17-18 at the Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel, Dubai, on Shaikh Zayed Road. Organised by Gulf News, the exhibition brings together a premier line-up of over 20 real estate developers from India and the UAE, offering a strategic platform for buyers and investors to explore diverse, high-potential opportunities.
With growing interest from UAE-based Indian expats and global investors, the event couldn't be more timely. India's real estate market is enjoying renewed momentum, driven by increased regulatory clarity, currency advantages, and sustained economic resilience. Meanwhile, Dubai remains a magnet for premium investments, ranking third globally for prime residential real estate growth in 2024 with a 16.9 per cent price increase.
From luxury villas in Bengaluru to private townships in Pune and more, the event promises something for every investor segment, NRIs and lifestyle seekers.
Compelling ownership model
For instance, Fine Acers, among the participating developers offers a compelling ownership model for NRIs looking to secure premium leisure assets in India's top travel destinations. Dinesh Yadav, Founder & Managing Director said, "Our sales leaseback model offers decent cashback returns, complimentary stays, and destination wedding arrangements. With just Dh230,000, NRIs can own 5-star branded resorts at Jaipur, Jawai, Pushkar, Udaipur, Coorg, and Goa."
