Dh20m grand prize draw set for June 3

An Indian expat who has been living in the UAE for the past 20 years has won the Big Ticket draw after just two months of buying tickets.

Praveen Arun Tellis, a 52-year-old manager in the shipping and retail sector, won Dh50,000 in the weekly e-draw, which saw other expats from India, the Philippines, and Syria take home cash prizes.

Tellis was introduced to Big Ticket by a colleague and began purchasing tickets two months ago with a group of seven friends.
