Emiratisation: Meet targets by December 31 or risk being fined

OVER 152,000 EMIRATIS EMPLOYED IN 29,000 COMPANIES AS OF JUNE 30
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has advised private-sector companies to fulfil Emiratisation requirements by December 31, or risk being fined.
MOHRE stated that from January 1, 2026, organisations that have not attained their compulsory Emiratisation percentages will be required to pay specified financial contributions.
