Emiratisation: Eight key benefits revealed

Membership in Partners Club and top classification among incentives

With the deadline for meeting semi-annual Emiratisation targets for 2025 ending on Monday, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) assessed progress during the first half of the year and announced that compliant companies are entitled to eight key benefits.

These include access to consultations, invitations to awareness workshops on regulations and career guidance services. Companies also receive support in training and preparing Emirati job-seekers, and are granted access to qualified Emirati professionals for skilled positions.
