THE emerging situation across the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir in general and Valley in particular in respect of menace of terrorism, shows that the stern checks and intensified anti-insurgency operation being carried out by out security forces have created a restlessness and disparity among the terrorists and their sponsors, sitting across the border, as they have seen their coming end.

As during past few months, an effective reduction has been observed in terror-related incidents along with a raise in the killing of all active terrorists across valley, the remaining few are forced to get underground like rats, in a futile attempt to remain safe from security forces, but they also know very-well that their days are now numbered and anytime they will be eliminated by the forces.
