City First sheds light on the remarkable journey of Rosie Barolia-Rajasthan's first transgender passport holder and celebrity makeup artist, whose inspiring transformation and unwavering fight for equality continue to empower women, children and the transgender community across India!
Rosie Barolia is not just a name; she is a force. A woman of unshakable spirit, relentless resilience and unwavering purpose, Rosie has not only broken social barriers but also built a legacy that echoes through the corridors of fashion, politics and social reform.
Rajasthan's first transgender passport holder, a celebrated celebrity makeup artist and a rising political voice, Rosie's journey is a testament to courage born out of struggle and identity born out of self-love.
"I was born in the wrong body, or so I was made to believe," Rosie shared candidly. “Since childhood, I felt like a woman trapped in expectations. Nature was calling me from within, but society kept silencing that voice.” Growing up, she was mocked, misunderstood and constantly reminded that she didn't fit the mold. “They tried to force me to behave like a boy. But inside, I always knew who I was.”
