During his visit to Kota, Rajasthan Cabinet Minister Dr Kirodi Lal Meena expressed disappointment with members of his own community, alleging that he was treated as an outsider by some after Samrawata incident. Speaking to the media, Dr Meena said that he had worked to stop the violence in Samrawata and had helped secure the release of several people who were jailed.
Yet, despite his efforts, he claimed that Naresh Meena surrendered before his arrival in Samrawata—apparently on someone else's instructions, though he did not clarify whose. Meena also responded to claims that CM had given Naresh Meena’s father an assurance regarding
