Reciprocal Tariffs to Put MSMEs Under Stress: India Ratings

IF THE US goes ahead with full imposition of reciprocal tariffs, it will exacerbate stress for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) but mid-sized companies have a greater cushion against unanticipated financial shocks, according to a study.
The most vulnerable to reciprocal tariffs will be the MSMEs in the sectors where the impact of tariff war will be negative, according to the report by India Ratings and Research.
