Company bets on automation and cybersecurity for efficiency
TATA COMMUNICATIONS IS sharpening its focus on automation, artificial intelligence and platform-based services to make its global network more reliable and efficient, managing director Amur Lakshminarayanan said following the company’s second-quarter results.
Lakshminarayanan said the company is increasing the use of AI and automation to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Further, he added that Tata Communications will be open to collaborating with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), also a Tata group company, as the IT major announced plans to invest in AI infrastructure through data centers.
