Razorpay parent shifts domicile to India

FINTECH UNICORN RAZORPAY, backed by Y Combinator and Peak XV, has completed the process of shifting its parent company's domicile to India from the US.
Razorpay had initiated the process to move its parent entity to India in May 2023, ahead of its plans to list on the Indian bourses.
