TVS Supply bags 3-year contract from Daimler

TVS SUPPLY CHAIN Solutions, part of the TVS Mobility Group, has secured a three-year contract from Daimler India Commercial Vehicles to manage in-plant warehouse operations at the latter's manufacturing facility in Chennai.

Under the agreement, TVS Supply will manage end-to-end warehouse operations within Daimler India's manufacturing facility, ensuring seamless material flow, optimised inventory management and improved operational efficiency, the company said in a statement.

Around 700 employees from TVS Supply Chain Solutions will be deployed for the project.
