Flexicap plans trim mid-cap holdings

THE ALLOCATION OF assets under management (AUM) of flexicap schemes towards mid-cap stocks has fallen from around 16-17% in the past three years to 14% as of November-end, ACE MF data show.
This comes as the industry is expecting large-cap stocks to continue their outperformance amid concerns with regard to overvaluation in broader market stocks.Allocation to small caps has fallen from 11% in 2024 to 9% as of November 2025. The same towards large caps has risen from 69% to 73%. However, experts believe mid caps may outperform both largeand small-caps.
