Bajaj Fin Announces Dividend, 4:1 Bonus Issue, 1:2 Stock Split

NON-BANKING FINANCE COMPANY (NBFC) Bajaj Finance on Tuesday announced a special dividend, a final dividend, a stock split and a bonus share issue as it declared financial results for the March quarter.
The NBFC announced a cumulative dividend of ₹56, including a final dividend of ₹44 per share and a special interim dividend of ₹12 per share. The interim dividend has been announced due to exceptional gains from the sale of investments in Bajaj Housing Finance during its IPO listing in September 2024.
