AWL AGRI BUSINESS, formerly Adani Wilmar, is targeting a volume growth of 5-6% in edible oils and 20-21% in food products, driven by a stronger second half, Angshu Mallick, MD & CEO of the company, said ina post-results interaction with FE on Monday.
The company reported a 21.3% year-on-year decline in consolidated profit to 244.85 crore in the second quarter of FY26, while consolidated revenue surged nearly 22% year-on-year to ~17,605 crore. Ebitda margins were flat at 4% versus last year. This was the second straight quarter where revenue surged by 20-22%, while profit declined on higher expenses and weak demand conditions. Net profit in the first quarter had declined by 24.5% year-on-year.
