THE KARNATAKA HIGH Court has directed the police not to harass Ola CEO Bhavish Aggarwal and other company officials during the investigation into an abetment to suicide case over the death of a 38year-old engineer working at the ridesharing and transportation company firm.
A bench of Justice Mohammad Nawaz, while issuing a notice on October 17 seeking a response from the police, said, “The police... shall not harass the petitioners in the guise of investigation.”
