THE NSE ON Friday reported a 37% year-on-year decline in its consolidated profit after tax at %2,408 crore in the quarter ended December 2025.

The exchange had posted a PAT (profit after tax) of 3,834 crore in the corresponding period last year.
Total income for the October-December quarter of FY26 fell 9% to 4,395 crore, from %4,807 crore in the year-ago period, the NSE said.
On a quarter-on-quarter basis, the country's largest bourse's PAT in Q3FY26 increased 15% while total income rose 6%, indicating a sequential improvement in performance.
