'New labour codes a game changer, suited to economy'

THE FOUR NEW labour codes passed by Parliament are a game-changer and well suited to a dynamic economy, Labour and Employment Secretary Vandana Gurnani said on Friday.
She noted that outdated and complex labour laws have been consolidated into four simplified codes, making them “fit for purpose” in the context of India’s rapid economic growth and an evolving employment landscape.
