FATF Slams Terror Attack in Pahalgam

The Financial Action Task Force (FATF) has acknowledged the concept of "state-sponsored terrorism" for the first time as a funding source and condemned the Pahalgam terrorist attack.

Only India's National Risk Assessment (NRA) recognizes state-sponsored terrorism from Pakistan as a key TF (terrorist financing) risk, sources said.
