Jio Financial, Allianz Form Reinsurance Business Joint Venture

Jio Financial Services (JFSL) on Tuesday said it has formed a joint venture company with Allianz of Germany to carry out the business of reinsurance in India.
The joint venture has been named Allianz Jio Reinsurance (AJRL).
The company will invest ₹2.50 lakh towards initial subscription of 25,000 equity shares of face value ₹10 each for a 50% stake, JFSL informed the exchanges.
