US luxury hotel chain heads to Piccadilly

CENTRAL London is to see yet another landmark building turned into a super-high-end hotel serving the world’s wealthiest tourists.
Grade I listed Cambridge House at 94 Piccadilly, best known as the former In and Out club, is to be the first London outpost of US-owned Auberge Resorts Collection.
The 102-room hotel, at the heart of the Reuben brothers’ £1 billion regeneration of buildings north of Piccadilly, will be known as Cambridge House, Auberge Resorts Collection.
It will also have a private members club with nine members-only club rooms, and is due to open in late 2025.
