MP supports Marie Curie in the search for volunteers to support people across West Lothian
Edinburgh Evening News
|November 18, 2025
Marie Curie is inviting compassionate individuals across West Lothian to join its team of Companion Volunteers, offering emotional and practical support to people in their last 12 months of life in their own communities.
Companion Volunteers provide a comforting presence for people living with terminal illness, whether that's sharing a conversation, offering a listening ear, or simply sitting together in quiet company. Their role helps ensure that no one in West Lothian has to face the end of life alone.
