Residents living in Dumfries' Heathhall are being asked to help shape the community's future.
An initial draft of its Local Place Plan has been drawn up, setting out the aspirations, priorities, and proposals for Heathhall.
The community-led initiative is designed to give residents a formal voice in shaping the future of their neighbourhood.
It aims to ensure residents’ needs and ambitions are represented in Dumfries and Galloway Council's planning processes for the next 10 years.
The planning tool, established under the Planning (Scotland) Act 2019, empowers local community bodies such as the Community Council to influence how land is used and developed.
