Outlander star Sam takes ownership of Crafty Distillery

Outlander star Sam Heughan has taken over an award-winning distillery.
The Balmaclellan-born actor has bought the Crafty Distillery on the outskirts of Newton Stewart.
The business, which already produces the 45-year-old's Sassenach Wild Scottish Gin, will be rebranded as Galloway Distillery.
In a video on the Sassenach Spirits Instagram page, Sam said: "It's kind of emotional being back here," he confessed. "It's where I was brought up. What a really magical place."
