Developer reveals vision for Imperial Gardens

PLANS SHOW BIGGER HOTEL AND MORE LEISURE FACILITIES

A SERIES of images has been released by the GSE Group, revealing the scale of its £120 million privately-funded scheme to transform a Hythe golf course into a major leisure destination called Imperial Gardens.

The ambitious proposals aim to revitalise the area by providing both new community facilities and a significant upgrade to the four-star Hythe Imperial Hotel.

The plan focuses on splitting the 40-acre site into public and private leisure zones, including public pay-to-play sporting facilities, and a new community centre featuring a swimming pool and gym.

It also includes a new clubhouse, a nine-hole par three academy golf course, adventure golf, and a Himalayan putting course.
