A YOUNG Northern Cape pool player is preparing for the biggest challenge of his sporting career after being selected to represent South Africa at the upcoming Blackball Pool Championship in England.
Ashwill Jomil Thomas has earned a place in the national Under-18 team, giving him the opportunity to compete against some of the world’s top junior players at the prestigious international tournament.
The selection follows years of dedication to the sport and adds another milestone to an already impressive list of achievements.
