Fire service launches consultation on risk management and budget for 2026

DERBYSHIRE Fire and Rescue Service (DFRS) is asking communities to take part in a consultation on its Community Risk Management Plan (CRMP) and its budget proposals for the next financial year.

As part of the seven-week consultation, the Service is seeking views on whether the CRMP continues to address risks as it proposes to extend the plan.
WHAT IS A CRMP?
“Every fire and rescue service has a legislative responsibility to produce a CRMP at least every three years," say DFRS.
“The CRMP outlines the risks that the service is aware of and can foresee and demonstrates how they will address them.
