1. The construction of the new A50 has provided a much-needed and faster road, leading to further housing and business development in the area.

2. Adam Peaty is the most recent of a long list of important people in Uttoxeter's history. He claimed three gold medals at the 2019 World Championships in South Korea. Became the first person in history to go under 57 seconds for the 100m breaststroke, clocking 56.88. More recently, he won two gold medals at the Tokyo Olympics.
3. Redfern's Cottage Museum of Uttoxeter Life is the former Heritage Centre housed in a row of 17th-century timber-framed cottages. There are eight galleries to explore the past, present and future of Uttoxeter's history.
