A CAPE Town attorney may pursue legal action against a soldaat who he claims attacked him
The lawyer says the South African National Defence Force (SANDF) soldier damaged his BMW X3, assaulted him and called him a “bastard” and has opened a case of common assault.
The attorney, whose name is known to the Cape Argus, and asked not to be identified for privacy, said his ride is currently in repairs after its alignment, rim and body were damaged, following an accident on Tuesday, 19 August 2025, in Church Street, Wynberg.
