THREE skelms were taken down by cops following a high-speed chase and a shootout in Brackenfell on Sunday night.
According to SAPS, the drama went down after an armed robbery in Yzerfontein earlier in the day, when suspects reportedly stole valuables from the premises and fled the scene in the complainant's Toyota Urban Cruiser.
Cops were alerted to be on the lookout for the vehicle, only for it to be spotted on the N1.
