A WESBANK mother had to be hospitalised after another one of her sons, who had an intellectual disability, was shot dead yesterday morning.

The 19-year-old victim was shot multiple times in the head on an open field in Madonna Street and is believed to be the arme ma’ third son to be shot dead.

A source, who asked to remain anonymous, told the Daily Voice: “I was at the scene and had to walk away because it was too gruesome...

“His mother was rushed to the hospital because it was the third son she lost to gun violence.

“The mother is a woman of God.

“Sy is stukkend. He [the victim] had an intellectual disability.
