Convicted murderer Pistorius causes a helse uproar after participating in Ironman 70.3
OSCAR Pistorius caused a helse stir after competing in the Ironman 70.3 triathlon challenge in Durban last weekend.
The disgraced former Paralympian hero participated in the event that took place at uShaka beach on Sunday.
Pictures showed the 38-year-old being held up in the surf by mense, with his leg stumps out of the water.
Pistorius has been out on parole for the Valentines Day murder of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp in 2013 since January 2024.
Widely recognised as the “Blade Runner”, he completed the race, which consisted of swimming, cycling, and running, with a time of 5:56:39.
