Timothée Chalamet claims his first Golden Globe win

TIMOTHEE Chalamet picked up his first Golden Globe Award on Sunday.

The four-time nominee was triumphant in the Best Male Actor in a Musical or Comedy category thanks to his work on Marty Supreme and he was delighted to beat Leonardo DiCaprio (One Battle After Another), George Clooney, (Jay Kelly), Ethan Hawke, (Blue Moon), Lee Byung-hun (No Other Choice) and Jesse Plemons (Bugonia) in the “stacked” category.

Chamalet said: “This category is stacked. I look up to all of you.”

Chalamet thanked the cast, his parents and partner Kylie Jenner, as well as writer-director Josh Safdie, who he expressed his gratitude “for this role”.
