'ELSIES RIVER NEEDS HELP NOW'

In an open letter to the national policing minister, MEC for policing oversight and community safety, national SAPS commissioner, provincial SAPS commissioner and MMC for safety and security, former chairman of the local Community Policing Forum Imraahn Mukaddam is leading the charge.
