City & EPL end dispute over sponsorship rules

MANCHESTER City and the Premier League have reached a settlement over their dispute regarding "associated party transactions" (APT) rules, which govern commercial deals between clubs and entities linked to their ownership.
City launched arbitration in January, challenging the rules, particularly around how shareholder loans were treated. However, the club has now accepted the amended APT rules as “valid and binding.”
