Rachel from accounts and Starmer say there will be changes to the winter fuel allowance later this year. Why is it, they could stop our payments over night but it takes up to a year to bring it back? Are they holding out for more elderly to die from hunger and hypothermia? Also, why aren't all O.A.P!s getting it back. No doubt forces veterans will lose out again. Gordon, Sunderland
