HE HAS played for England, taken Burnley into Europe, won promotion with Brentford and captained Everton.

But James Tarkowski says scoring his dramatic stoppage-time equaliser against Liverpool in the final Merseyside derby at Goodison Park is the greatest moment of his career.

The goal sparked pandemonium inside Goodison and the defender says he had an 80-year-old fan grabbing him before he was pulled over by a five-yearold supporter.

Tarkowski, 32, knows what a special moment it was in Everton's proud history and is thrilled he is responsible for it.

"That will be a special moment for the rest of my career and probably the biggest moment for me really because to score like that is special," he said.
