Screams as soldier was stabbed 12 times in just 20 seconds

A KNIFEMAN stabbed a soldier up to 12 times in 20 seconds outside an Army base then licked the bloodied blade, a witness said.

A lieutenant colonel in his 40s was fighting for life after being attacked in broad daylight, 200 yards from his barracks.

Locals heard “bloodcurdling screams” as the soldier staggered back to his house, chased by the ski mask-clad attacker wielding two 10in kitchen knives.
