RORY'S PERFECT 10

RORY MCILROY has been backed to win 10 MAJORS after his historic triumph at the Masters.

The Northern Irishman joined the exclusive 'Grand Slam Club' by completing his full set of Majors - and took his total to five. He is now level with the great Seve Ballesteros and one behind Sir Nick Faldo's European record of six.

But his putting coach Brad Faxon (right) said: “There is nothing that can stop this guy. He can double his number of Majors - he can go on to win 10.”

Mcllroy, who turns 36 next month, admitted he struggled under the burden of his long Major drought and not winning one since the 2014 PGA Championship.

“It was a heavy weight to carry, and thankfully now I don't have to carry it and it frees me up, and I know I'm coming back here every year, which is lovely,” he said.
