MILLIONS of motorists will drive almost another mile rather parallel than risk parking, a new study reveals.

Nearly half (44%) of drivers suffer from "parallelophobia", a fear of the roadside parking move.

Parallelophobics include Made In Chelsea star Jamie Laing, 34, right, who admits he avoids attempting the dreaded manoeuvre "at all costs"

Ahead of his practical test, he said: "Don't even get me started. It's my least favourite manoeuvre. It makes my palms sweat.
