ARCHIE GRAY picked the perfect time to score his first Tottenham goal and ease the pressure on boss Thomas Frank.

The Spurs midfielder, 19, got the all-important winner and Frank admitted their second victory in nine Premier League games was "very important".

Serious questions have been asked about the Dane, but he praised his players for digging out a precious win at Selhurst Park.
